Giving You the Best Experience
We love all of our clients at Nail It Beauty and Spa, and we want to make sure everyone feels at home in our friendly Nail Salon. That’s why we’ve set a few basic policies to make sure everyone who walks through our doors has an experience that leaves them wanting to return time and again. Take a quick read. If you have any questions, just get in touch.
Cancellation policy: if you have to cancel your appointment please do so at least 24 hours in advance. Any appointment canceled same day will result in a $0 refund. If your appointment is canceled because something came up on my end you can either choose tot reschedule our your deposit will be refunded in full. You can use your deposit for one reschedule date, anything after will result in a new deposit required.
Booking policy: a $20 deposit is required to book. This deposit comes off the total price after services are rendered.
Travel policy: there is a $30 travel fee for local clients. Anybody outside of douglasville will be charged an additional fee
